Lead Time:
Arrival time is generally 2 to 8 weeks. Since Inventory changes frequently we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as your order is delivered

Packaging:
» Each item is brand new and in new condition when shipped
» Each item is individually packaged with utmost respect for the item

  • Items are double and triple packaged with bubble wrap as well as other packaging materials
  • Each box or carton is specifically designed and created for a particular item to ensure no damage in transit
  • Each box is closed off, and heavily taped up to seal off any potential airspace
    Please note: We have developed a packaging department just to ensure the quality of the item is the same when you receive it as when we ship it.

  • What is a freight carrier and what does it mean to me?

    LTL (less than truckload) freight carriers are different than parcel carriers in that they do not automatically deliver products to your door. They will pull up to the street curb outside your home and get the product to the ground. This is called curbside delivery. They will not unbox the item and set it up.

    How does the delivery process work?

    Your order will arrive approximately 3-5 business days from the shipping date. It takes slightly longer than a standard parcel delivery because they work off of appointments for residential deliveries.

    The carrier will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window. The reason they need to call for an appointment is if one shipment does not deliver that day then the rest of the deliveries on that truck may be blocked. The reason they cannot offer an exact time of delivery is traffic congestion often makes it tough to make a precise time and a driver does not know how long a delivery will take until he arrives at a house and begins the process of unloading and delivering an order. Thus one delay creates a domino effect the rest of the delay.

    Freight carriers normally only work Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and are not available for weekend deliveries. If it is more convenient for you most carriers will allow for you to come to the local freight terminal and make a dock pickup. Simply ask the customer service person who calls you for an appointment about dock pickup if you are interested in this option.

    *Please note that although there is an additional fee for white glove service, it is beneficial especially in regards to furniture. Most of our items do tend to be very heavy, and without the needed assistance, transferring these items from the freight truck into your home can be a tedious task. White glove service refers to the drivers carrying all items in your home, into the room of your choice, and all debris removal. This is only for first floor, unless there is an elevator. Please contact us first if you need white glove service to any floor other than the first floor.
